Responsibilities:


  • Design research programs that address business needs of brand, communications, and mobile. Engage with internal stakeholders, ask the right questions in order to understand the key objectives for the research, identify / recommend the right approach, source and analyse data and information from available resources, joining the dots and drawing conclusions from them to inform key business decisions.
  • Brief market research agencies, and assess, evaluate, and execute research agency proposals for external research commissioned by Marcoms, Consumer Brand Development, and Corporate Communications.
  • Ensure research agencies deliver actionable and insightful reports that address key business objectives.
  • Manage the endtoend process for mobile churn research, from questionnaire design, data analysis, and weekly/monthly reporting to the VPs, MDs, and the CEO.
  • Delivers crucial intelligence on churn patterns, enabling and enabling timely intervention to retain customers and mitigate potential losses, while providing LMAA/Product Marketing with data to make informed adjustments.

Requirements:


  • A recognised Degree in statistics, mathematics, business management.
  • At least 8 years' experience mix of working with market research in both agency and clientside
  • Proficient in various research techniques and methodologies, and balance this with agile ways of working.
  • Have an analytical mindset with proven ability to structure and synthesize large amounts of data, develop actionable insights, and effectively share them with the business, analytical teams, and key stakeholders
  • Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work and interact with different business units, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, crosscollaborate and multitask.
  • Selfstarter who is highly motivated, passionate, creative.
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken, must be atease with presenting findings to stakeholders and working with agencies.
  • Able to work independently and a good team player.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with various business unit stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate well in ambiguity
