    Roles & Responsibilities

    General Summary:

    Join our team as a Program Executive/Social Work Associate in the Children Program, where you'll be responsible for program planning, implementation, social work functions, and administrative support. Duties include coordinating activities, conducting assessments, engaging with, and providing support to children and families, and maintaining program documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient program delivery.

    Additionally, the role involves casework management, including intake and case assessment, intervention planning, and coordination with professionals and community resources for service delivery and follow-up.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Program Planning and Implementation:

    • Assist in program development and special projects.
    • Coordinate and execute program activities.
    • Provide support to program participants.
    • Involved in volunteer management and development.

    2. Assessment and Support:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments.
    • Deliver support and intervention services.

    3. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate program documentation.
    • Prepare reports for management and stakeholders.

    4. Collaboration and Partnership:

    • Collaborate with internal team and external partners to ensure smooth program delivery.

    5. Intake and Casework Management:

    • Handle enquiries and conduct assessments.
    • Perform social work assessment and intervention.
    • Coordinate with professionals and community resources.
    • Ensure timely and accurate documentation.

    Job Requirements:

    • Able to work Saturdays
    • Degree/Diploma in any related field.
    • Relevant experience in the social service sector.
    • Strong program implementation skills.
    • Experience in working with children and families.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with external partners.
    • Knowledge of social work principles and practices is beneficial.
    • Proficiency in program documentation and reporting.
