Job Description

• Leading a team of service engineers by supervising, guiding and motivating for smooth operations and effective collaboration to achieve team goals.
• Perform day to day management of the team in coordination and execution of scheduled and unscheduled works to ensure timely completion.
• Support the daily activities to a team of service engineers in analytical troubleshooting of technical problems, on-site maintenance of equipment and attending to equipment abnormalities if necessary.
• Ensure staff are trained to be competent in performing their work.
• Maintain customer relationship and ability to detect unstated assumptions, resolve conflicts and handle complex management issue.
• Monitor program and project performance of both internal and external service providers.
• Define and plan project schedules, allocate resources, and initiate project kick-off meetings.
• Engage with customers to provide project updates and participate in technical reviews.
• Coordinate Product Evaluation programs with customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering Development teams to address technical field issues related to the assigned Product family.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or in a relevant field plus 5 years of experience in electronics or mechatronics working environment
• Able to standby 24 /7 in coordination of unscheduled works with service engineers
• Good team player and yet able to work independently.
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in overseeing projects from scratch is a plus.
• Possess knowledge of basic engineering concepts and equipment product development.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.
