Description

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of building facilities. Carry out routine inspection on the systems including interior, exterior, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning as well as lighting system. Follow equipment maintenance checklist and document the record of the facilities check. Perform as contact point for building engineering team, outside vendors and contractors on special projects. Perform troubleshooting and repair work on malfunction system. Compliance with safety rules and regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:
Good interpersonal and communication skill Related working experience with hotel/apartment/condominiums preferred.

Sound working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and sanitary, air-conditioning, and mechanical ventilation, fire protection, chiller and etc.
