Acmv Engineer - Singapore - LINK2 MANPOWER PTE. LTD.
Description
Provide daily and strategic engineering oversight- Interfaces with Facilities supervisors and managers to resolve building operation problems and design issues.
- Knowledge of ACMV/HVAC airconditioning.
- To ensure the maintenance programs and rectification jobs are manage by a team of technical officers and technicians efficiently
- Responsible for the daily AC thermal comfort are within acceptable limit.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Provides project status of assigned task list items to Facilities supervisors, managers, technicians, and other internal department personnel, as necessary
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Be able to conduct conditional assessment for existing systems.
- Well verse in local regulatory requirements.
- Estimate labour for complex mechanical system installation.
- Develop expertise in equipment as assigned.
- Generate Project ROM, Budget Estimates, Power Point Presentation
- Must possess leadership abilities and good client maintenance skills
