About the Role

The Business Impact Office provides a pool of diverse capabilities in different expertise areas targeting to create impact in business, enhancing distribution capabilities and agency experience through delivering strategic projects and initiatives.

Job Description:

Draw insights from data/information to support strategic initiatives
Proposition design to shift agency mindset with aim of holistic financial planning, drive recruitment activities and identify the recruitment of next gen agency leaders
Enhancing overall agency experience to improve productivity
Drive positive changes throughout the organization by ensuring companywide alignment of projects/initiatives to address business challenges and achieve company goals and objectives.
Build and maintain effective partnerships with leaders, key stakeholders and internal team within BIO to manage change and drive initiatives
Provide regular communication and updates to senior management and various stakeholders and problemsolve issues as they arise.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree holder with 57 years' experience in related fields, such as business planning, implementation and transformation programmes.
Able to thrive in a fast paced, highly challenging environment
Proven and demonstrable ability in implementing business intelligence and reporting frameworks to influence and drive management decisions on strategies
Minimum High degree of comfort manipulating and analysing complex, highvolume and highdimensionality data from various sources
Good understanding of design and architecture principles, and product development
Team player who is detailed and deadline oriented, with a strong work ethic
Flexible, able to work in a dynamic environment and across cultures
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English)
Strong and effective interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills to deliver transformation programmes on time.
