    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description & Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Degree graduation in accounts & admin
    • 3 to 5 years relavnt experience
    • Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
    • Processing credit memos.
    • Preparing account statements for customers.
    • Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
    • Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
    • Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
    • Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
    • Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
    • all other adhoc duites
    • • Self-motivated and meticulous
    • end reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned
    • Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
    • Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills
    • Report on activity to upper management
