Position Title:
Executive, Projects

Reports to:
Manager, Projects

Consult with:
Projects Team, Real Estate Department and other Functional Departments

This person will be participating in the implementation, on-site supervision and licences clearance for necessary restaurant operations.

Demonstrate good understanding of business and scope of work.
Be skilled in negotiation to secure the best deal and possess ability to confidently manage your stakeholders
Independently handle and take lead on a project
Responsible for building new stores / remodel of the existing stores / closure reinstatement works
Prepare project costing budget for project section and accountability to meet budget
Work with the various stakeholders to identify the site requirements and plan accordingly
Review, evaluate and recommend the award of project contracts that is within approved expenditure
Verify receipt of work done and drawings by vendors and contractors prior to making payment
Conduct site supervision to ensure accurate and timely delivery for all projects
Research and recommend new and comparable materials, techniques and equipment to increase Company's profitability, productivity and effectiveness.
Able to Autocad for updating drawings or plot floor layouts and maintain proper update and documentation for all restaurant drawings.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 23 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, or real estate development, preferably in the restaurant industry or retail sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects from inception to completion, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Proficient in AutoCAD for updating drawings and plot floor layouts. Familiarity with other project management software and tools would be a plus.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to secure the best deals and optimize project outcomes.
Understanding of licenses clearance processes and ability to expedite approvals and clearances from relevant authorities, landlords, and stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving skills to address challenges during project execution and finding efficient solutions.
