Responsibilities:

Maintenance of HRIS Softwares
Sourcing of parttimers in various platforms, such as Fastjobs, Facebook, Telegrams and etc.
Liaising with all department managers for all matters that are related to parttimers.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Seek out training courses for employees and assisting in developing training and development programs
Updating of HR materials such as onboarding slides and employee handbook
Taking charge of internal communication (announcements on HRIS software)
Any adhoc duties assigned
