Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in using office software and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.). Discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Professionalism and the ability to represent the employer effectively. Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when required. Any specific educational requirements or certifications if applicable.
