    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    Provide administrative support for conveyancing matters including sale and purchase, mortgage, refinancing, and redemption.

    Conduct e-lodgement, e-stamping, and searches.

    Prepare conveyancing documentation.

    Communicate with clients, banks, and other parties attendant to the conveyancing process.

    Assist with filing, record-keeping, and monitoring of deadlines.

    Perform clerical duties such as scheduling of appointments and meetings; collating and organising data and documents.

    Requirements:

    2 - 3 years' experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm.

    Meticulous, organised, and able to work well under tight deadlines.

    Proficient in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.

    Fluent in Mandarin (spoken) to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.

    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
