Job Description

1. Ensuring the smooth running of ceremonial services.
2. Able to communicate effectively with Agents and Customers.
3. Ensuring adequate safety precautions on site.
4. Attending site meetings, if any.
5. Liaising with vendors on deceased photo printings and name tag printing on niche cover.
6. Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of site.
7. Any other jobs assigned by HOD/ Supervisor from time to time.
8. Implementation of calling and confirming with Agents / Customers on services booking (1 day before service date).
9. Standardize all procedures like check-in, Anling, Bone picking etc.

QUALIFICATION

1. Primary / Secondary / NITEC in any discipline.
2. Minimum 1 year working experience.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Valid Class 4 license with good driving records

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED

1. Positive Attitude.
2. Willing to learn.
3. Able to work independently as well as in a team
4. Able to communicate effectively in bilingual.
5. Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays.
