- Take lead to develop bespoke solutions that resolves client pain points alongside internal engineering teams.
- Proactive engagement of clients, to establish deep set interpersonal and interorganizational relationships
- Develop and execute Business Unit (BU) specific marketing plans in alignment with sales strategies and marketing goals
- Plan, coordinate and conduct solution-centric engineering demonstrations for clients.
- Design, plan, coordinate and conduct marketing event/workshop/demo customized for all clients.
- Manage, track and report on sales & marketing activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Lead in tender bidding and contract management, including negotiation and influencing external stakeholders concerned
- Directly interfaces with outside vendors including agencies, production and fulfilment vendors, as well as business partners
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma, Degree in IT/Marketing/Communications or related discipline
- Multiple experiences in Sales ICT/Software/Network/Audio-Visual industry preferred
- Possess experience in programme/contract bidding
- Very importantly to be a team player
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills in managing multiple priorities and projects
- Computer literate with experience with productivity software packages e.g. MS office
