Job Descriptions:
- Support in product design to define product technical and operational specifications
- Interact with R&D and Firmware engineering team to ensure Electronics hardware and software/firmware is fully compliant
- Perform fullscale testing to ensure specifications compliance and prerelease QC
- Provide product technical support to local and overseas customers including hardware and software
- Liaise with production to ensure a smooth transfer of products between R&D and production
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution
- At least 2 years of working experience in either manufacturing, R&D or technical support environment
- Knowledge in one or more of the following: Customer support, PCBA testing, Electronics Circuit, Software testing, QC, Python, Technical Support, NPI
