Job Descriptions:
Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs Overseeing all on-site and off-site constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors To ensure projects meet customer's quality standards Any Ad-hoc duties requiredRequirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with at least 10 years relevant experiences at managerial level in construction Process good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trend Good Leadership and management skills Long term experience in commercial / industrial (factories, petrol/chemical plant) projects preferred Good communication skills able to communicate with all levels
