We're looking for an intern to join our global People team to support and drive a wide range range of interesting tasks and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting
Support the preparation of monthly employee engagement reports and actions
Virtual and inperson event organisation
Research and prepare material for panels, fireside chats and external speakers

Employee communities

Support the employee communities by setting up meetings and creating content for the relevant Slack channels

Ad hoc

Creation of posters/infographics and similar based on established branding designs as well as supporting various other People team tasks

What we're looking for?

Curiosity and good attention to detail
Good proficiency in spoken and written English
Know your way around technology, familiarity with Gsuite and MS Office
Experience working with any design tool
Canva or Adobe Illustrator is a plus
