    Description

    Job Purpose and Impact

    Based in Malaysia, the Technical Services Manager will provide technical advice and support to customers in Bakery, Confectionery and ice cream customers and Go to market sales team pre and post product sales. In this role, you will be the customer-facing technical representative to customers acting as enabler, facilitator, project lead where needed. You will stay ahead of technology and business practices through workshops, research and internal e learning platforms.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Collaborate with commercial team to provide technical support for current customers and prospects.
    • Provide customer solutions and technical support materials to specific customers.
    • Identify customer Jobs To Be Done into clear objectives for application team to work on solutions.
    • Conduct joint trials with customers during pilot trials.
    • Work with Go To Market team to drive opportunities to commercialization.
    • Work closely with Application teams in Singapore to provide quick support, solutions for customer projects and longer term product improvements.
    • Organize project data and conclusions for internal and customer presentations, assist with product demonstrations and service as SME during meetings with prospective customers.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of four years of related work experience
    • Other minimum qualifications may apply

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master's degree, Doctorate degree
    • Passion for understanding, creating, and communicating value and solutions to team members and customers.
    • Public speaking experience
