Job title:

Technical Officer:

Ensure that facility is in operation and comply with the latest Singapore Standards, Statutory Laws and Code of Practice.
Provide day to day supervision and support to their specific discipline to ensure safe, courteous and efficient service to the building's users.
To assist Building Manager and Executive to attend to any fault/breakdowns within the property.
Perform routine inspections within buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
Able to troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment unit and damaged structures.
Assist Facilities Management Team to collate monthly utilities (electricity, water, NEWater, refuse, recycle and ) for all properties.
Maintain preventative maintenance procedures and ensure all equipment and systems are maintained in accordance to industry standard.
Carry out planned maintenance duties and respond to engineering maintenance faults and breakdowns.
Keep Executive and Building Manager informed of any issues found on site.
Respond to fir e alarms, persons trapped in lifts and mechanical and electrical engineering emergencies.
Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Any other duties as part of Technician's responsibilities.
To be member of Cert Team of assigned property.
Assist Facilities Management Team on any site visits as required by the Employer
Assist Facilities Management Team on all necessary documentation in order for all records to be in good order.
