    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

  • To raise purchase order for supplies, sub-consultants and etc
  • Submission of progress payment claims, raise tax invoice
  • Able to liaise with clients and business partners on claim and payment matter
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to colleagues and manager such as document registrar, document preparation, data entry and filing, update and preparation of reports
  • Provide admin support for projects and coordinate site staff related matters such as time sheet, leave application, training, medical claim, attendance and so on
  • Liaise with HR and IT for corporate asset management, for example employee laptop, staff pass and etc
