    Wholesale Banknotes Sales

    • Conduct sales and marketing calls to existing and prospective customers.
    • Provide market advisory and pricing.
    • Manage daily tasks in marketing, sales & trade execution.

    Administration & Process

    • Escalate any problems and issues with work processes to senior sales or Unit Head for resolutions.
    • Assist the Unit Head in the developmental process of new product development.
    • Assist the Unit Head in the daily administration requirements of the desk where applicable.
    • Responsible to adhere to all guidelines, policies & limits.
    • Responsible to upgrade technical competencies where applicable.

    Compliance

    • Responsible to be familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements of the business.
    • To strictly adhere to all Regulatory & Compliance requirements for the business.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Assist to onboard of new clients, including conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide administrative and client service support
    • Respond to all client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
    Qualifications

    Preferred level of Experience:

    • 1-2 years of experience in treasury dealing for candidates with prior experience.
    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in finance, economics, or a related field for fresh graduates
    • Fresh graduates welcome to apply

    Other skills required:

    • Some understanding of treasury products and Financial Markets.
    • Strong communications and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
    • Knowledge of financial markets, currency trading and risk management.
    • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
    • Proficiency in using financial software and trading platforms.
    • Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
    • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
