Customer Service Assistant -Pandan Road ( 5 Day)
- handle customer inquiries, which includes preparing and sending quotations and correspondences to customers
- assist sales engineers with any inquiries
- handle customer complaints
- acknowledge customers' orders and thereafter communicate with them on their status
- perform product costing
- knowledge of import and export shipment procedures with documentation requirements is essential
- issue of production orders, delivery orders and invoices

  • Must be computer literate with exposure on order entry systems
- good oral communication skill is required

  • Min 3 years experience relating in sales or customer relation, overseas shipments and related document handling
