Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Summary
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of the department, the role is to assist in the agency set up and support in the guardianship, enhancement and promotion of the Company's corporate image to the relevant public.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement external and internal communication plans with consistent and compelling messages/themes.
2. Manage Media relations and pitching.
3. Oversee social media campaigns, calendar, weekly posts and monitor external comments made on the channels.
4. Work closely with the Group, different functions and regional countries to develop plans that support the respective communications needs.
5. Produce materials such as press releases, speeches, keynote presentations, award submissions, Q&As etc.
6. Provide crisis communication support.
7. Identify, recommend and submit award entries.
8. Assist in change management and communications.
9. Ensure that the Company website information is up-to-date and engaging.
10. Prepare internal communication such as the Group's newsletter and Icon Magazine.
11. Cultivate enduring relationships with critical stakeholders, strategic partners and local media outlets. Actively seek, secure, and facilitate prominent media coverage opportunities, including interviews, coffee sessions, by-line placements, and commentaries.
12. Responsible for the Company's Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
1. Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Journalism or its equivalent.
2. Minimum two (2) years of related field of working experience.
3. Strong in both written and spoken English. Able to draft press releases.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
5. Preferably experience in using mass email tools for the company's membership programme.
6. Prepare to work in a fast pace and multitasking environment.
7. Prepare to work on weekends and beyond normal working hours when necessary.

Other Information
· Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
· Working Hour
Monday to Friday: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (With 1 Hour Break)
