    The Role

    The Role

    • Supervises and manages clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff
    • Provides outpatient service support in clinic
    • Evaluates clinic staff work performance, including supervisory of creg Japanese nurses
    • Assists Clinic Op Manager in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure that the clinic operates efficiently and effectively
    • Assists Clinic Op Manager in ensuring that the clinic follows all internal and MOH policies/procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices
    • Coordinates patient care, including scheduling appointments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
    • Understands the insurance process, provides necessary arrangements and support claim processes
    • Upkeeps patients' medical records and maintains patient medical confidentiality at all times
    • Assists Op Manager to managing clinic budgets and resources, including staffing level, supplies, and equipment.
    • Ensures medical equipment to be maintained and updated Manages the inventory of medicine and medical supplies including regular stock taking
    • Provides clinical guidance and support to staff and doctors as needed and serving as a resource for patient health education and information.
    • Participates in service quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and the overall efficiency of the clinic.
    • Collaborates with other departments within the hospital as well as external providers for excellent clinical outcomes and patients' experience.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Diploma in Nursing and recognised by Singapore Nursing Board
    • Minimum 8 years of clinical nursing experience
    • Minimum 3 years of supervising and management experience
    • Has strong leadership skills
    • Able to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively
    • Complying regulatory and compliance requirements
    • Japanese language skills would be advantageous
    • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
