- Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints
- Prepare quotations
- Working closely with Sales & operations divisions
- Co-ordination agents & clients for import / export orders
- Handling of cross trade and bookings shipments
- Preparing documentations such as billings
- Arranging Custom clearance for customers, and door delivery services
- Other ad hoc duties
