- Minimum 7+ years experience as a product designer, with more than 2 years experience in people management, special global designer team, with a proven track record of sourcing and growing talent within an organization
- A portfolio that demonstrates strategic business thinking, ambitious creative solutions, and cross-platform brand consistency
- Proven success designing and shipping high-quality, impactful, end-to-end experiences as a design lead and/or manager
- You have the ability to recognize great design work and inspire others to achieve higher levels of excellence
- Excellent leadership, project management, and people management skills, and proven ability to mentor and develop junior designers

This role reports to the head of the design department. We are seeking a Product designer manager in shaping the user experience and driving product innovation across our diverse range of financial services. As a Product Design Manager, you will combine strategic vision with hands-on design expertise to guide your team in delivering best-in-class products that meet the needs of our users while adhering to regulatory standards. Also, the Core platform has 6 business lines, like : Account, Compliance, P2P, Finnaill product, Asset, Customer Genius.
Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for building and leading a group of product designers to execute our strategic roadmap and level up our global products. You will work collaboratively with peers in Product and Engineering to foster a data and research-driven design culture across the company. The ideal candidate will have successfully led a design team in a previous role, shipped a complex global product to a large user base, and fostered a spirit of learning and teamwork amongst their peers.
