As our IT Specialist/Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our data infrastructure, including databases, ERP software, and IoT solutions.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop and maintain data pipelines, design automatic management reports and dashboards, and support stakeholders in developing accurate data collection and representation.

Build and maintain the farm's data infrastructure
Implement and use IoT solutions and sensors to collect data
Develop and maintain data pipelines
Design automatic management reports and dashboards
Support stakeholders in developing accurate data collection and representation
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to other team members
Monitor and optimize system performance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
23 years of experience as an IT specialist or systems administrator
Demonstrated track record of successfully designing and implementing data systems
Experience with databases, ERP software, and IoT solutions
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with urban farming and agricultural technology is a plus
Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
