This is a global FP&A role that supports the FP&A deliverables for the group.

You are also the key finance business partner to a Support Unit within the Group, playing a pivotal role in supporting, analyzing and working closely with the relevant stakeholders within the Support Unit.


Responsibilities:

Group FP&A

  • Support the Director of FP&A to create and generate useful financial reports and analyses on a timely basis to help facilitate decisionmaking
  • Prepare monthly Group Reports and variance analysis
  • Provide support in putting together overall Group Annual Budget, Monthly Forecast and Quarterly Reporting and Management Review Decks e.g. Monthly Management Report, Quarterly AC review decks, investor day decks etc
  • Create financial models, tools, and methodologies that help management make key business decisions.
Finance Business Partner to Support Unit

  • Develop the annual financial plan, quarterly and monthly performance report, and forecast analysis for the Support Unit and management.
  • Work closely with the finance team and relevant key stakeholders of the Support Unit to ensure accurate financial information is being used in forecasting process.
  • Provide decision makers with quality analysis, storylines, and performance reporting and assist on deepdive analysis of performance
  • Ensure alignment between monthly and quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. Track forecast accuracy and manage/escalate risks to the forecast. Provide sound storyboard of forecast performance trends.
Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend and support new and ongoing projects to enhance current processes within the FP&A team including streamlining and automation of existing reports, capital expenditure forecasting process, etc

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and/or Finance.
  • With over 8 years of experience of progressive financial experience with a focus on providing budget, forecast, and business analysis support within MNCs.
  • Strong quantitative, problemsolving and analytical skills, financial modeling skills strongly preferred.
  • Detailoriented, meticulous and able to handle large amounts of data
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
  • Selfmotivated, business mindset and a collaborative team player
  • Highly articulate in verbal presentations as well as written communications to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Travel frequency: Minimal

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous expertise in business processes, reengineering and ERP system deployment experience is advantage
