An established bank with a strong mandate to increase presence in the APAC market has a new and approved headcount for Project Finance - Renewable Energy

about the job

• Originate, execute, advise, negotiate and manage Project Finance APAC deals including credit analysis and credit matters
• Liaise with relevant internal departments, HQ and external stakeholders
• Business Development to expand and identify business opportunities with clients and relevant parties in the sector within the APAC region
• Assess feasibility of projects and financial aspects
• Perform financial modelling, sensitivity analysis and manage the process
• Prepare memos, conduct transaction review, present to relevant stakeholders and draft deal proposals, involve in due diligence of the project
• Assess feasibility of projects and financial aspects

about the manager/team

Reporting to the Head of Department, you'll be part of a dynamic team with good teamwork and working culture.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of relevant banking experience in originating and executing project finance transactions, especially in the renewable energy sector within APAC
• Strong knowledge in financial analysis including financial modelling and credit analysis
