Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support R&D activities on product and process development
• Conduct projects on new raw material qualifications
• Support preparation of R&D materials for customer evaluations
• Support scale up and new product transfer from other BUs
• Provide technical service to QA and Sales for customer support
• Conduct hands-on testing with analytical instruments
• Assign works to techinicians for R&D and Engineerign projects.
• Maintain lab equipment and keep related documents (such as SOPs, calibration records, etc.) up to date
• Compiling R&D reports upon completion of assigned project
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by Management from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate (Polymer Materials and Engineering, Chemical engineering, Chemistry, Production engineering or related disciplines)
• 1-3 years relevant work experience an added advantage
• Good Communication Skills
• Willing to do hands-on work (lab or production floor)
