Description
Responsibilities:

Maintaining Classroom:Prepare and set up the classroom for daily activities.
Ensure all necessary materials and resources are readily available for instructors and learners.
Assist in organizing and arranging classroom furniture to optimize the learning space.

Assisting Learners:Guide learners through the enrollment process.
Address inquiries related to course details, schedules, and prerequisites.
Assist learners with any administrative requirements.

Studio Tidiness and Display:Regularly inspect and maintain the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the studio.
Ensure that course materials are properly displayed and easily accessible.
Collaborate with instructors to organize and present materials in an engaging manner.

Receptionist Duties:Greet and assist visitors, learners, and instructors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage student attendance records and update databases as needed.
Assist in the coordination of meetings and events held at the studio.

General Administrative Support:Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of daily activities.
Provide support to instructors and learners as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or educational setting is a plus.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, primarily during evenings and weekends to accommodate class schedules.
