Description
Our client, a Japanese Real Estate Developer is looking for a HR Operations (Ops) & People Manger to join their expanding team.
As part of a 3-man team, the HR Operations & People Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions not limited to HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Management, Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development for the local office of 20 pax.
Reporting to the CHRO, the HR Ops & People Manager will assist with the internal talent acquisition, implementing HRIS or other related projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a recognized Degree in Human Resource/ Psychology or related field
- HR Certification is a plus
- At least 10 years of working experience in related field (property/real estate will be an advantage)
- Proficient in spreadsheets and policy drafting
- Meticulous and organized individuals who can meet tight deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment
