Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our client, MNC set up located in CBD of Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files and records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a technology or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
