    Fleet Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Our client is a reputable name in the Shipping Industry. Currently, they are seeking a well qualified candidate to join them as "Manager (For Vessel Efficiency)".

    In this role, you will be contributing in the following areas :
    Deliver fuel savings from route optimisation, minimum ballast monitoring and speed management intervention.

    Analyzing the route recommendations from the vendor and proposing new routing optimisation opportunities to vesselEnsure vessel reports and polling data in the platform for the company's operated and Owned fleet is in order and available at all times.

    Any discrepancy to be followed up promptly and closed out.

    Ensure Traffic Management module is maintained and monitor inputs by agenciesVigilant monitoring of Tropical Storm /Cyclone avoidance monitoring with robust review of available options, providing clear guidance to vessel to minimize delays and bunker consumption.

    Effective slip monitoring regime in place and taking the lead in identifying opportunities for under water inspection and/or hull/propeller cleaning.

    Providing close monitoring and support to all key stakeholders during any crisis management event in the fleetAnalyze data to identify patterns and provide insights on recurrence prevention as part of continuous improvement process with learners' mindsetRequirements:

    Sea-going experience as Senior Engineering Officer on container vessels with Class 1 Certificate of CompetencyPrevious experience as Vessel Manager/Technical Superintendent would be advantageousFully conversant with EEXI, EEOI, EEDI, CII, AER and prevailing and upcoming regulations pertaining to Emissions.

    Maintain comprehensive Port Cards Database for reference by all parties including but not limited to Network Planning team, Operations Teams, Vessel MasterAbility to engage on signing Masters and Chief Engineers as part of briefing programme to explain its role and their support required on-board for win-win outcomeProactively support development of new data reporting and analytical tools as required from time to time, as part of continuous improvementTeam player, digitally savvy and analyticalInquisitive nature and engaging personalityAttention to detail and punctual with attendance and reportingRequires investigative mindset, with persistence and never give up attitudeHas the hunger to continue learning for self and team improvementUnafraid to challenge status quoMust be open to shift-based watch keeping systemTo apply, please visit : and search for
