    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and distribute incoming/outgoing correspondence (e.g. couriers, letters, emails and packages etc.)
    • Monitoring and ordering inventory for the office
    • Handle office maintenance matters (e.g. arranging for office repair works etc.)
    • Assist in general office administrative tasks and troubleshoot office equipment (e.g. assist internal stakeholders in troubleshooting printer installation issues)
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Perform receptionist duties and other project duties as assigned

    Requirements & Skills:

    • Possess at least a NITEC in any discipline
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Organised and able to work independently
