- Manage and distribute incoming/outgoing correspondence (e.g. couriers, letters, emails and packages etc.)
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for the office
- Handle office maintenance matters (e.g. arranging for office repair works etc.)
- Assist in general office administrative tasks and troubleshoot office equipment (e.g. assist internal stakeholders in troubleshooting printer installation issues)
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Perform receptionist duties and other project duties as assigned
- Possess at least a NITEC in any discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and able to work independently
