Admin Assistant - Singapore - KAEFER PROSTAR PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with daytoday operations of the Site functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support of Operation department
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
- Coordinate site projects (meetings, training,etc) and take minutes
- Assist in processing of training and medical check up arrangement
- Preparation of siterelated documentation
- Other adhoc duties and admin jobs assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Site Assistant, Admin Assistant, or relevant Administrative position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of MOM Labor Laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum N/O Level or Diploma qualifications
- Knowledge of Infotech system will be an advantage

- Excellent team spirit
