Owning strategizing, and implementing the growth Understanding the customer base and creating the right kind of marketing campaigns, and identifying the right kind of channels for improving the business metrics of the vertical, Working in creating the product roadmap and vision for the above, and promptly working with Engineering and design teams to get them shipped quickly, Monitoring and owning the short & medium-term achievables in terms of user, revenue, margin and brand growth of the business, Analyzing the trends in the marketing, business and product metrics, and running and scaling the right pilot initiatives for improving them, Someone with at least 8 years of work experience Management Consulting / Growth / Strategy & Ops background and comes with a strategic bent of mind (Along with a heavy bias towards action than mere planning).
