MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
_

Managing company assets and financial expenditures.
Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings and monthly profit reports.
Maintaining files on account receivables and updating records as required.
Ensuring that suppliers are informed of any changes to service agreements and payment options.
Updating management on any financial discrepancies found during tax filing or invoicing duties.
Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.
Assisting administrative work for the Account of the Company.
Adhering to best practices in accounting, as outlined by industry experts and espoused by the company.
Performing other administrative duties as required or assigned.
Assisting in maintaining company assets and financial expenditures.

REQUIREMENTS :
_

Background in Finance, Accounting, or relevant background.
Junior accountant with previous accounting experience of at least 3 years.
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations.
Knowledgeable and possess good analytical skills and well experience with relevant computer software/programs i.e. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), etc.
Hold CPD license and familiar to use Quickbooks.
Possess strong analytical skills and effectively communicate technical data
Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
Ability to interact effectively in diverse team environments, especially in a multinational environment.
The proactive, meticulous, responsible, selfmotivated and good working attitude.
Can adapt to the fastpaced working environment.
Loyal, honest and integrity.
The ability to work under pressure.
