Location: Changi

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems installation and integration within construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient implementation of M&E systems.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
• Oversee the procurement of M&E materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor M&E installation progress and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation related to M&E activities for project management and client review.
• Assist in the coordination of commissioning and testing activities for M&E systems.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Service or equivalent.
• A specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction, particularly in M&E coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and ensure project success.
