- Provide administrative and technical supervision on the following portfolios to ensure appropriate administrative support for the office, full budget utilization and adequate human capital resources: budget, human resource management, performance management, and the administrative topics to include training, travel, logistics management;
- Advise management on complex labor relations issues as they arise;
- Manage OCPE's Employee Engagement program;
- Coordinate tracking of OCPE's performance on it's USCIS Strategic measures and develop tools to analyze stakeholder engagement data.

Duties
The detailee will join the Office of Citizenship, Partnership, and Engagement within the External Affairs Directorate at USCIS and serve as the Chief of Staff.
The office is leading several priorities for the agency related to immigrant integration as well as promoting the naturalization process and engaging with stakeholders.
The detailee will directly manage three employees who focus on coordinating budget, staffing, performance management, and data projects for an office of approximately 100 employees.
The detailee also provides guidance and assistance to the OCPE Front Office, including the Chief, Deputy, and Senior Advisors, in carrying out mission-critical activities.
