    Roles & Responsibilities

    Position Objective

    The HRIS Project Manager will report directly to the HR Director, Asia and will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) system rollout within the framework of the overall HRIS project.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in the development of Asia school implementation plans, including the setting of deadlines, responsibilities and deliverables.
    • Assist in the identification and assessment of issues and change requests with regards to the system and the roll out approach.
    • Exercise overall day-to-day control of regional project participants, balancing the needs for project success with the skills and capabilities of the staff.
    • Identification and management of any data cleansing exercise arising as part of the rollout.
    • Conduct regular project meetings, provide updates to senior leadership, and maintain transparent communication on project status, risks and challenges.
    • Seek Operations Board (Asia)'s approval at key stages - Ideation, Planning, Delivery, Transition, Realization.
    • Develop and maintain an effective planning process, for the creation of a local, integrated project schedule that encompasses all aspects of the regional deployment.
    • Where necessary, to identify and document local HR processes and interfaces with other departments to support any additional configuration requirements to meet local legislations.
    • Identify and escalate new risks to the project, communicate them early to the project team, and manage assigned local risks.
    • Make timely, effective decisions at the local level and communicating those decisions both up and down the project structure, while approaching needed decisions in a logical and thoughtful manner and weighing conflicting information.
    • Work with the global project team and Cornerstone technical team for deployment.
    • Create change plans for managing the local cultural change of shifting from existing methods to a new, centralized solution.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant HR regulations, standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Any other duty as assigned by the Global HR System business lead and HRD, Asia

    Position Requirements

    • Extremely organized with excellent time management skills
    • Collaborative communicator across functions / departments to foster strong relationships
    • Strong Team Player
    • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Experience in managing and influencing multiple stakeholders across many geographies and cultures
    • Reliable and flexible, with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
    • Experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
    • In-depth knowledge of HR regulations and best practices in Asia including Vietnam, Thailand and Hong Kong

    Qualifications

    Education and Skills:

    • A bachelor's degree in HR or IT or related field preferred
    • At least 2 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment
    • Experience in HRIS implementation or Project Management is required
    • Working experience of Cornerstone is an advantage
    • Able to work independently in a dynamic, multi-country environment and
    • Amiable, with good interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
    • Fluency in English is essential

    Working Conditions

    • Generally based at the Cognita Regional office in Singapore with travel to the project locations if necessary.
    • May need to work outside office hours, for calls / meetings with UK team

    Terms of Employment

    • Contract Duration: 1 year
    • Working Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
    • Annual Leave: 15 days
    • Medical Benefits: Local medical insurance provided, if the applicant is not currently covered
    • Probation Period: 3 months from date of commencement
    • Referee request: Required
    • Background Check: Required

    Safeguarding
