Description

• Should preferably be a Chartered Accountant or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in Audit Firm, Corporate Service Providing Company, Law firm, ACRA, IRAS, MAS, MOF
• Fully conversant with Singapore Income Tax, GST, Company Law and other relevant laws and relevant compliance by online submission at IRAS/ACRA portal
• Good experience in preparing full set of Financial Statement independently as per SFRS
• Preparation of FS in XBRL formats
• Preparation of Tax Computations for companies
• Liaison with client and audit firms for timely completion of audit
• Liaison with law firms and other professional firms as required
• Must be fluent in english with a pleasing personality
• Hybrid working
• Should be able to take full responsibility in timely performance
