Description
Work with centre team to provide total customer satisfaction and exceptional service- Maintain a proactive communication and customer service mandate with all stakeholders
- Day to day maintain and update database management (CRM)
- Managing Rewards program, Vouchers, Promotions
- Liaising with Security / Technicians / Cleaners
- Administrating all written or verbal feedbacks from desk
- Assisting Marketing in their promotion (card distribution / collection of prizes and etc)
- Administrating all written or verbal feedbacks from desk
- Any other tasks as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT
5 days work + rotating to work for weekends
