About this position
This role offers the opportunity for a proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and autonomous professional to play a key role in the firm's projects from inception to completion.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To manage the full spectrum of all project execution including but not limited to preparing project scope, timeline, budget, control measures, types of reporting, etc.
- To monitor, track, prepare and provide project updates, progress, and development to respective stakeholders on a regular basis while ensure all meeting routines, agenda, timeline are kept well in control.
- To manage, maintain the RAID and TAR logs including to manage risk, assumptions, issues, and decisions made during a project.
- To manage project risks, stakeholders, budgets, and any unforeseen situations that may arise in the implementation of the projects (if any) and unblock problems and impediments challenges while maintaining timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders and relevant parties.
- To prepare and provide clear SOPs, documents, etc for the projects and any processes implemented properly and shared updated version on a timely manner.
- To act as the key point of contact among all stakeholders
- To help cultivate teamwork and open communication among respective stakeholders involved in the designated projects and take on the ownership to anticipate potential pitfalls, communication issues, etc and to offer clearer perspective and point of view during the project implementation process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years of Project Management experience
- High attention to details and critical thinker with strong anticipation and problemsolving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with tact and diplomacy.
- Discretion and trustworthiness to handle confidential information.
- Good with Microsoft Office tools such as Powerpoint, Word.
- Meticulous with good organisational skills and time management skills
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of initiative and proactivity coupled with excellence people skills
