    1.

    Stakeholder Relationship Managementa. Acts as a trusted advisor for business for all newbusiness demands requiring technology or operations enablement / solutionb. Prioritize business requests and co-create BusinessRoadmap with business segmentsc. Supports Biz T&O Head for project pipeline,pre-project planning activities, QR prioritizationd. Supports effective business change by buildingrelationships with business leaders, technology and operational businesspartners2.

    High Level Solutioninga. Develop high-level solution to illustrate feasibility ofachieving target business outcomesb. Aligning high-level solution with organizationaltechnology roadmap and strategy working in consultation with enterprisearchitecture and business technology services teamsc.

    Work effectively with the business users and internaltechnology teams to ensure all aspects of the business requirement is definedand analysedd.

    Initiate the implementation plan for Group T&Oprojects. This will include all activities that the business needs to do toprepare for new operation process and technical components.3.

    Change Implementation Planning & Managementa. Undertake scoping and evaluation of new initiatives.
    Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost,operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendationb. Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teamsincluding business analysts, solution architect, business technology servicesteams, and testing teams to define/clarify requirementsc. Work with business technology services team on the smoothdelivery of the solutiond. Review Test Scenarios, help plan and support the useracceptance testing and help address any issues. Ensures that there is abusiness perspective on how the new operations and technical capabilities willbe delivered to the business.e. Spot potential problems, recognize the risk impact andpropose risk mitigation strategies.4.

    Managing RUNa. Manage the communication and regular updates to businessstakeholders on 'critical' production incidents and problems impacting customerand business operationsb. Regular review with business on system stability,responsiveness, production incident, problem tickets including identificationof root cause.c. Track for continuous improvement. Ensure early identificationand resolution of challenges impacting BAU systems.d. Monitoring the fulfilment of service levels between GTOand the business segments and highlighting required actions to close gaps whereneeded5.

    Sustainable Improvementsa. Build a sustainable process for measuring benefits toensure T&O resources are aligned to business initiatives which provide thehighest ROI.b. Improve systems by studying current practices; designingmodifications.
    Requirements

    Strong business domain knowledge in banking (Trade Finance)

    • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving andprocess design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meetbusiness objectives
    • Understanding of technology and operational processesacross functions / departments in the bank/market.
    • Resourceful team player
    • Familiar with change management processes and projectmanagement fundamentals
    • Outstanding communications, influencing, negotiating andpersuasion skills
    • Passionate, diligent and resilient individual with abilityto thrive in ambiguity
    • Experience in scoping and evaluation – Defining overallconsiderations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations andtechnology principal risk to provide a recommendation
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering/ business/ finance orequivalent
    • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant banking and/or consultingexperience
