EUC Support Engineer (Desktop)- Provides technical support, troubleshoots and resolves simple technical issues
- Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users.
- Do smallscale planning on enduser devices deployment
- Assist with the coordination in administration matters such as proposal preparation, project documentation and the facilitation of project meetings.
- Any ad hoc assignment as assigns by superior R
- Display willingness to learn and is committed to provide service level excellence in everything that he does.
- Able to articulate effectively and works well within a team.
