    Roles & Responsibilities

    Jewellery Sales Executive

    • Working Days: 5-day work week, Roster rotation (includes PH, weekends)
    • Working Hours: 10.45am – 9pm

    Salary:Junior role - Up to S$3,000Senior role - Up to S$4,000

    • Location: Orchard

    The Role:

    We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive. You will be working directly with the customers, providing them product knowledge and effectively selling both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers. You should have a thirst for knowledge, great people skills and the willingness to learn.

    Responsibilities:

    As a sales executive it is key that you build long term relationships with customers. You are expected to familiarize yourself with the products so as to easily recommend based on the customer's needs and preferences. You will have to work hand in hand with your sales team and boutique manager to achieve sales targets. You will also be required to perform cashiering duties and follow-up with customers on after sales services. The entire sales team is responsible for ensuring the boutique is presentable at all times and products are displayed in an attractive manner. Your duties will include negotiating and closing high value sale and handling any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year retail sales experience required for junior position, prior experience in luxury jewellery/watch is preferred
    • Basic I.T. skills are necessary, knowledge of MS Excel and Word

    Finance & HR ManagerWorking Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

    Job Responsibilities

    Finance:

    • Able to manage full set of accounts. Responsible for compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/LCR/ BCA/ ISO), audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.
    • To ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and prepare required financial reports to Management. Responsible for preparation and closing of annual financial statements.
    • Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax, and government authorities where required.
    • Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, staff claims, etc.)
    • Responsible for company's insurance (FW Bonds, medical insurance, etc) matters
    • Develop the annual budget and optimize expenses for the organization.
    • Evaluate and improve processes and system implementation whenever required.

    HR:

    • Develop and execute talent management strategies, total rewards strategies, and other HR strategies.
    • Recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
    • Development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
    • Preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
    • Develop training and development programs.
    • Assist in performance management processes.
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
    • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
    • Supervising immediate subordinates to ensure they fulfil their duties.
    • Working with other department Heads to fulfil contractual commitments and provide excellent service delivery.
    • Reporting to and consulting with the Managing Director on issues requiring intervention, both immediate and future.

    Job Requirements:

    • Higher education in Finance, Accountancy, HR, or Equivalent.
    • Proficient in MS Office, INFOTECH, XERO, SAP, etc.
    • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
