Description
Experience

Minimum Nitec in Automotive Engineering or any technical Diploma.
Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license (preferably Class 3).
At least 3 years in automative experience or with experience in hospitality industry.

Duties

Report to Service Executive in AfterSales Dept.
Attend to customer's vehicles to determine the work scope needed, provide technical advices and quotation for consideration and acceptance.
Manage customer's expectation and co-ordinate with service providers to meet customer's demand.
Work with workshop to deliver efficient and effective aftersales services.
Check invoices for correctness before billing and explain individual items to customer.
Raise technical query to Technical Team when unusal trend on vehicles is spotted.
Test drive with customer if necessary.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by Service Manager or Service Executive.

$2, $3,200.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Education:


  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Technical Engineering: 2 years (preferred)


License/Certification:

  • Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred)
