ABOUT SHISEIDO TRAVEL RETAIL
Shiseido Travel Retail was established as the regional headquarters for Shiseido's global duty-free business, which includes operations in airports, downtown stores, border shops, airlines, and ferries.
MAIN PURPOSE
Reporting directly to the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in localizing marketing strategies and developing insight-driven 360 marketing activities that are meaningful for the channel while ensuring brand consistency across Travel Retail markets worldwide (Asia, EMEA and America).
You will be exposed to brand management fundamentals and the Travel Retail beauty industry with premium skincare brands.
Other learning opportunities include a deeper understanding of the business value chain, the quick-evolving Chinese consumer digital & social landscape, and stakeholder management skills from working with people from various functions and countries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing
- Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets/competitors' activities to identify opportunities.
- Support the seasonal launch updates including launch books and forecasting, retailer presentations, Outpost Support, Planning of Skincare Strategy Day, data management & analysis, adaptation & localization of creative content and marketing collateral.
- Facilitate asset requests from multiple stakeholders.
- Manage production of collaterals with vendors.
- Maintain and enhance marketing file management (distribution, assortment, pricing, and translations masters).
- With the guidance of the Brand Manager/Director, work closely with internal and external agencies to ensure the creative and innovative deliverables (campaign, events, tool kit) are implemented by the regional marketing teams.
Digital
- Support the management of social media account, such as WeChat Calendar vetting, WeChat post vetting, management and campaign content creation tailored for Travel Retail Asia's business.
- Assist in the development of social media toolkits and enhanced eCommerce content.

- Provide support for the launch of new digital initiatives and features, participating in UX/UI design, content setup, and testing to launch.
- Support influencer campaigns & management of digital ad creatives.
- Conduct research to derive best practices on digital and social media platforms.
Reporting
- Support biweekly competitor reports for internal communication as well as monthly sales report submission.
- Assist in monthly sales reports and internal marketing rollouts.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate majoring in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- Effective communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Selfer

- Comfortable with numbers and analysis of data
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities
