Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop holistic marketing and brand communication strategies to expand the company's online presence and enhance global brand recognition among various target audiences.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the company's products and customer base, pinpointing growth opportunities and driving traffic to effectively promote brand initiatives.
• Foster connections with relevant media platforms, both conventional and digital, to strategically distribute company messaging within the technology, finance, and cryptocurrency sectors.
• Craft captivating content while incorporating SEO best practices to amplify outreach and visibility.
• Pioneer innovative methods to elevate brand awareness and remain up-to-date with contemporary marketing trends.
• Coordinate interactive sessions such as Ask Me Anything (AMAs), webinars, offline gatherings, and the revitalization of official social media channels/websites to engage the developer community and share company insights.
• Offer valuable marketing and PR assistance, including advisory support and media connections, to portfolio projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess 5-7 years of marketing and communications experience within the fintech, venture capital, or blockchain industries.
• Demonstrate native-level proficiency in both written and spoken English, with outstanding communication and language expression skills suitable for hosting/facilitating community events.
• Display expertise in content creation and/or editorial work, preferably in news, technology, or finance.
• Showcase a proven track record in community management within the web3 sphere, ideally with prior experience in developer relations.
• Exhibit a strong comprehension of finance and technology-related subjects, with familiarity and experience in blockchain technology considered advantageous.
• Demonstrate a fundamental grasp of web traffic metrics, analytics, and content optimization techniques.
• Possess experience in media interaction and relationship building.
• Exhibit self-drive and a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
