  • Develop and implement policies for software testing
  • Review test reports and provide feedback to relevant parties such as Managers, Engineers and the team members
  • Review and analyse test plans and test results
  • Confirm the business/software requirements and share them with test engineers
  • Plan, execute and manage the testing of specified software releases
  • Measure metrics to assess tested products and the test team's performance to achieve quality goals
  • Develop new testing methods and strategies
  • In the midlong term, work with other Managers and Engineers to make continuous observations and improvements to the product development process for software quality enhancement
